Privacy Policy

Who we are
LegalSpa (legalspa.org) is an information website about Thai law and practice for foreigners. This policy explains how we handle personal data.
What we collect
We have no user accounts or comments. When you visit, our hosting provider records server logs that include your IP address, browser details, pages requested and the time of the request. We use these logs to operate and secure the website and keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.
This site does not collect personal data through its contact form. The form checks your entries in your browser and does not send or store them.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not currently set advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising, we will update this policy and request consent where the law requires it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the website, or where required by law.
Your rights
The contact form does not send or store what you type, so we hold no personal data from it. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider as described above. Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) gives you rights to access, correct and delete personal data held about you.
